Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- in which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods, provided that goods are delivered as part of an order for regular delivery over a specified period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Roas Gbr, Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 1, 74196 Neuenstadt am Kocher (NOT A RETURN ADDRESS), email address: info@better-smoke.com, phone: +4917636309390) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) to inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, an

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.
Returns from Switzerland
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return products to us from Switzerland, please note that customs fees of €20 may be charged for customs clearance upon return. These fees will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.
The refund of customs fees will only be made if the return is due to a defect or an incorrect delivery on our part.
Exclusion or Termination Reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the contract conclusion and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
