Current shipping information for your order

Dear customers,

Due to an unexpected issue with the delivery of our current shipment, there may currently be delays in shipping individual orders.

The affected shipment is already on its way back to our warehouse. In addition, we have requested additional stock to make up for the delay as quickly as possible.

We currently expect an additional shipping time of around 4 to 7 days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as usual.

We are very sorry for the delay and are already working to further expand our warehouse and emergency stock so that comparable situations can be avoided in the future.
